Job Scopes:

  • Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and domestic inquiries in a fair and timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage related documentation such as warning letters, disciplinary reports, and payroll records.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
  • Liaise with government bodies (e.g., JTK, IR Department) and ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee data updates, including salary, allowance, deduction, and leave information in the HR system.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, dialogue sessions, and feedback programs to promote positive workplace relations.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to supervisors on handling employee relations and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IR/ER or human resources management, with a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in handling employee relations is preferable.
  • Detail and oriented person who is responsible and capable of independently handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Required Language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff.
