**About Us**:
Minde Group is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in Recruitment Industries. We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in administration, social media management, and operational support.

As an intern, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks across different functions and will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the daily operations of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Registration**: Accurately input data into systems and manage the registration of clients, events, or other relevant processes.
- **Social Media Management**: Help with planning, scheduling, and posting content on various social media platforms to engage our audience and promote our brand.
- **Report Preparation**: Assist in gathering information and preparing regular reports on social media performance, sales, or operational tasks.
- **Follow-Up**: Communicate with clients, partners, and team members for follow-up on various projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- **General Support**: Provide ad hoc assistance to various departments as needed, contributing to different projects and tasks as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Communication, IT, Social Sciences, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Attributes**:

- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
