**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sourcing, price negotiation, contract management, project management, and tender management to ensure the timely and efficient procurement of materials and supplies required for the production of glass products.
- Handle daily purchasing activities such as processing purchase requisition forms, soliciting quotes, commercial negotiation, open bidding, commercial comparison, preparing purchase approvals, and processing payments for management's review and approval.
- Manage PO and payment processing, ensuring that purchase orders are issued with the correct shipping/delivery term and pricing.
- Review purchasing SOP through monthly standard reading and conduct continuous improvement activities.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with manufacturers/suppliers to ensure the best payment terms are granted.
- Check order processing and schedules with manufacturers/suppliers, arrange shipment clearance for storage, and troubleshoot any urgent or emergency matters as needed.
- Utilize good negotiation skills to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the glass manufacturing industry.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
- Able to perform overtime to troubleshoot urgent/emergency matters.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to complete tasks within the timeline given.
- Knowledge of parts and equipment/machinery used in glass manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
