**Purpose of the position**

To ensure a smooth operation of Supply Chain process and policy.

Key responsibilities & duties.
- To monitor supply chain and legal documentation of the logistics process.
- Monitor import and export certification and legal requirement.
- Managed in products inventory management (good receiving and invoicing and in/outbound and return process).
- To plan and control delivery activities.
- To plan and coordinate logistic activities to achieve higher level of efficiency & lower deliver cost.
- To coordinate activities in buying products and involve in engaging suppliers and factory.
- To ensure department SOP process and ISO compliance.
- Forecast demand planning to ensure supply sufficient stock for sales.
- Arrange shipment including import or export from/to foreign countries.
- To analyses the transportation costing.
- Delivery planning for in-bound and out-bound.
- Document checking for import and export purpose (Invoice/packing list/BL/K1/FORM D etc)
- Familiar with export market’s importation requirement
- License / shipping documents registration
- Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.

**Academic or trade qualifications**

**Work experience and skills**
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
- Minimum 1~2 year(s) of working experience in the related field / Fresh graduate are also welcome.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
