**Job purpose**
- Assist Head of Department on all the IT department’s project planning and project management.
- Responsible for IT department’s related data analysis.
- Responsible in IT department’s governance, documentations, and administration task.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure software documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with web developers to build mobile-responsive websites.
- Integrate the developed app front end with the database for data extraction.
- Cloud message API and push notifications (Firebase).
- Laravel Architecture to develop Content Management System (CMS).
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure project execution is on timely basis.
- Identifying, analyze potential issues, risk and problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- **Qualifications include**:_
- At least 1 year of working experience in mobile app development or related field.
- Expertise in Flutter app Development (iOS / Android / Web).
- Experience in designing and developing great UX / UI.
- Experience in version control.
- Ability to work with team & independently.
- Experience with mock-up and UI prototyping tools for mobile app.
- Experience in publishing apps to Google play store & Apple app store.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IOS app development language and the entire IOS development toolchain.
- Collaborate with analytics practitioners, business analysts and methodologists to design and oversee the development of working prototypes of technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Restful API.
- Strong knowledge and experience on popular third-party frameworks / libraries.
- Experience with PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JS would be added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
