**Responsibilities**:

- Development, monitoring, and control of BHS-related schedules and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain integrated project schedules covering all BHS-related activities, aligned with the overall Master Programme.
- Analyse contractor-submitted programmes for logic, float, resource loading, and conformance with contract milestones.
- Track actual progress against baseline plans and produce variance analysis with root cause identification.
- Coordinate schedule inputs for risk assessments, recovery plans, and acceleration strategies as necessary.
- Support the Employer in delay analysis, EOT assessments, and time-related claims.
- Interface with cost controllers, contract administrators, and construction teams to align time and cost reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bi-weekly Schedule Update Reports.
- Monthly Dashboard and Critical Path Analysis. Look-Ahead Schedules (2-week and 4-week formats).
