Review and prepare production processes flow/routing, assemblies for compliance and accuracy to drawing requirements
- Develop and select the best tools and fixture designs in accordance with customer or internal requirements
- Prepare process and working instruction sheets for machine operators and maintain library records
- Ensure all machines perform at most optimal operating conditions to ensure actual process cycle time and cost at par or better than pre-determined parameters
- Carry out any other improvement and/or special projects as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering fields or related courses
- Minimum 2 years’ programming experience for CNC turning / Milling machines
- Understand understanding post program *Fanuc, *Okuma, *Haas
- Familiar with programming software like UG (2D/3D - NX10), Solid Cam & Master Cam (2D/3D) will have added advantage
- Must be able to use Microsoft office

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
