Facility Maintenance/building Technician

Melaka, Malaysia SUKI TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. Full time

Responsible for general building maintenance activity such as building systems, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works.
- Responsible to plan and execute preventive predictive and corrective maintenance of entire facility’s electrical installation, power supply, firefighting and air compressor system including substation of each section.
- Update record and monitor on contract services such as chiller/air compressor etc.
- To conduct regular inspections of the facilities in the building are in good working order and ensure all repair/replacement works is done immediately, if any.
- Ensure all employees adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- To liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other regulatory bodies such as JKKP on services and compliances issues.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in Facility Maintenance role.
- Possess good communication skill and able to multitask.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
