**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running of sales floor & backroom
- Lead, motivate, and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge & store SOPs
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through stock takes, replenishment & receiving
- Ensure price accuracy for promotions, new arrivals & updates
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports and highlight operational issues

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Able to work weekends, public holidays & shift hours
- Responsible, team-oriented, and committed to performance
- Basic computer literacy (POS system knowledge added advantage)
