Retail Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running of sales floor & backroom
• Lead, motivate, and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge & store SOPs
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Manage inventory accuracy through stock takes, replenishment & receiving
• Ensure price accuracy for promotions, new arrivals & updates
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports and highlight operational issues

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Able to work weekends, public holidays & shift hours
• Responsible, team-oriented, and committed to performance
• Basic computer literacy (POS system knowledge added advantage)
