**Quality Control & Inspection**
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform visual, physical, and analytical tests to detect defects or inconsistencies.

**Laboratory Testing & Analysis**
- Conduct quality tests such as moisture content analysis, intrinsic viscosity (IV) testing, and contamination checks.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record and analyze test results to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.

**Process Monitoring & Troubleshooting**
- Work closely with the production team to monitor process parameters affecting product quality.
- Identify and report quality deviations and assist in root cause analysis.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve quality performance.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate findings.
- Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and documentation of materials and finished products.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, and other quality management systems.
- Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to quality compliance.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving teams.
- Assist in training production staff on quality control measures and best practices.
- Suggest improvements in testing procedures and quality control processes.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Quality Control, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality testing methods, laboratory equipment, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
