**Production Operations**
- Operate and monitor rPET processing equipment, including extruders, washing systems, and pelletizing machines.
- Ensure smooth and efficient production by following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adjust machine settings and parameters as needed to maintain optimal performance.

**Quality Control & Inspection**
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished rPET products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and report any product defects, process deviations, or equipment malfunctions.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent product quality.

**Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support**
- Identify minor equipment issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Assist the maintenance team in scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Report major breakdowns or issues to the relevant department for immediate action.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines related to rPET production.
- Participate in safety training programs and contribute to a safe working environment.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, output reports, and downtime records.
- Ensure proper labeling and traceability of materials throughout the production process.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Suggest improvements to optimize production operations and minimize material loss.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to implement best practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
