**Overview**:
**Salary**:
5,000 MYR ~ 6,500 MYR**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Other)- To actively lead the team to ensure that team targets and objectives are met in all aspects of the business, whilst promoting and monitoring the process of continuous improvement.
- To provide, as practicably as possible, a safe and healthy working environment, implementing improvement programs in order to eliminate any work related injuries
- To create and promote harmonious working relationships, improving the operation of the team and its relationship with both internal and external customers
- Monitor and evaluate costs, quality and service; identifying areas for improvement programs in order to eliminate waste, this will normally be achieved through:

- the use of problem solving techniques
- the evaluation team of results compared to budget and objective
- the ongoing monitoring of team performance
- To define priorities together with team members, setting objectives and devising improvement plans in order that results meet or exceed expectations
- Together with the team and Planning, ensure and guarantee the total satisfaction of all customers, both internal and external
- To assist the team members and members of other teams (possibly outside the group) to achieve effective and efficient use of resources
- To assist the Group Leader, MIC and Team members in defining the training and development needs of all team members
- Through a cascade method, ensure that communications operate effectively both within the team and elsewhere within the organisation
- Together with the Group Leader and the Process Improvers, determines any necessary investment within the team area and prepares the justification for capital expenditure
- To act as a link with suppliers (internal and external) to ensure that the team operates in an efficient and productive manner.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Required skill(s): analytical analysis, able to work independently, problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills, dynamic, energetic and resourceful team player.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in Manufacturing or Production or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in shift.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor**English Level**:
