**Your new role**:

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all machinery operates efficiently and reliably.
- Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance tasks related to machinery and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all preventive and predictive maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend necessary improvements or modifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and external safety regulations (DOSH, JBE, Safety Act, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation of machine maintenance activities, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.
- Manage and monitor the availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Train and guide junior team members on proper machine maintenance techniques and best practices.

**What you'll need to succeed in this role**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and quality control methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in handling of Microsoft Office system (computer literate)
