Maintenance Technician – Mall Operations

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection and maintenance on building systems such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection system, elevators, ELV system, etc. Ensure all the building system are good condition and operate as per scheduled, daily.

To carry out necessary any required minor repair works or trouble shooting related to building facilities and M&E system such as making good of cracks, leaks and troubleshoot any issues with lighting, plumbing, ACMV system, fire protection system, ELV system, etc.

Perform monthly building utility (such as water and electricity) reading records.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed work of the building.

Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the building, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Assist with the installation and maintenance of related building equipment or systems as required.

Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized services or larger repairs such as elevator, chiller, cooling tower and etc.

Maintain and update the maintenance log, including scheduling preventive maintenance tasks.

To respond to any emergency situations promptly and efficiently, whenever happens.

To carry out any other job function and ad-hoc duties instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.

Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have good skills in maintenance job and repairing in aspect of building system and facilities.

Strong knowledge in building services system such as ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV systems is required.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Any related acknowledged certificates (such as wireman, chargeman) will be an added advantage.
