Then come in and join **Malaysia team as Customer Service Operations Internship**.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will get on-the-job training with guidance of CCC Supervisor to assist on complain handling management by CCC.
- You will get on-the-job training with guidance of CCC & Logistic Manager to assist on Logistic management by Logistic team.
- You will get on-the-job training with guidance from a senior CSE to assist on installations, startups, maintenance, repair, and updates of all Siemens products under care.
- You will be responsible to write an activity report daily; the report will be verified by the department manager.
- You will follow company processes and procedures to carry out the daily task.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- University student, Biomedical / Any Major, with industry placement letter recommended by university lecturer/course coordinator.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple functions/organizations.
- Takes initiative as a self-starter, inspires and motivates and eager to learn.
