**1. Customer Service (CS) Manager**

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Contract
**Experience**: Min. 3 years in CS management with a banking client (preferably digital bank)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the overall CS operations
- Drive service excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Oversee team performance, escalations, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Tech, Compliance)

**2. Customer Service (CS) Team Lead**

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Contract
**Experience**: Min. 3 years in a CS team lead role with a banking client

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily CS team operations
- Handle escalations and support agents in resolving complex queries
- Monitor KPIs and report on team performance
- Support training, coaching, and onboarding of new agents

**3. AML Team Lead**

**Location**: Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Contract
**Experience**: Min. 3 years in AML/KYC roles with a banking client

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead AML operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Review and escalate suspicious transactions
- Oversee investigations, reporting, and audits
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory bodies
