Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of frozen products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper product handling and storage according to food safety standards (e.g., cold chain management).
- Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and provide guidance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and hygiene standards in compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and stock replenishments.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and incidents.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices in warehouse management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG or frozen food industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse safety procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (license preferred).
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in cold storage conditions and handle physical tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
