**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**:

- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and issue reminders to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system.
- **General Accounting**:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Support reconciliation of bank statements, supplier statements, and general ledgers.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle correspondence with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Assist with preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors when required.
- Support payroll-related tasks (if applicable).
- **Compliance & Internal Control**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and data integrity of financial information.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
