**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage daily outbound travel operations.
- Liaise, negotiate, and maintain strong working relationships with **China ground agents** and overseas suppliers.
- Prepare accurate and professional **itineraries in both English and Chinese**.
- Handle tour arrangements including hotel bookings, flights, transport, and activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel programs and resolve operational issues.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance tour packages.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager.
- Monitor costs, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Tourism Management** or related field.
- Minimum **3-4 years of working experience** in outbound travel operations.
- Must be able to **read and write in Chinese**.
- Strong ability to **draft itineraries in English and Chinese**.
- Familiarity with **Sabre system** is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and perform under pressure.
