**Job Title: Baby Food Shop Sales Assistant (Live & Online Sales)**

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
**1. In-Store Sales**:
Greet and assist customers in the shop, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.

Ensure the store is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing to customers.

Process in-store transactions, including handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and returns.

Provide expert knowledge on baby food products, ingredients, and dietary requirements.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.

**2. Online Sales**:
Assist customers with online orders, guiding them through the website and ensuring they find the products they need.

Process online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

Monitor online sales and identify opportunities to increase online sales through promotions, advertising, or customer engagement.

**3. Live Sales (Live Streaming)**:
Host live sales events to showcase baby food products, demonstrate their use, and engage with potential customers.

Communicate effectively on camera to attract and retain viewers, answering their questions in real time.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live sales events, ensuring high visibility and customer participation.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during live sessions to drive sales.

**4. Inventory Management**:
Monitor inventory levels for both in-store and online sales, notifying management of low stock or popular items that need replenishing.

Assist with stock organization, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.

**5. Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized recommendations and follow-up support.

Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and customer service.

**Requirements**:
Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or food products.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Comfortable with live streaming and interacting with customers in real-time.

Knowledge of baby food products and their benefits is a plus.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms.

Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live sales events.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in online retail, e-commerce, or live selling platforms.

Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
