We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. **Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products as well as the company’s sales record,
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and address any inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
- Follow up with existing clients to generate monthly sales.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Submit weekly activities’ report as well as monthly sales statistic report.
- Assist superior or manager on sales matters when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for sales, a positive attitude, and a hunger for learning and growth.
- Possess a positive mindset and always like to perform.
- Strong result oriental, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- 1-2 years working experience any sales industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay (to deal with stakeholders)

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
