Job brief
As an Account & Admin Assistant/ Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the the smooth operation of administrative and accounting task within the organization. Duties of the account & Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s financial account & administrative activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative duties:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Know how to issue Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order etc.
- document filling.
- make appointment schedule, management stock level
- Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), SQL.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Account duties:
- carry out reconciliation on both stock & cash
- intercompany reconciliations on a monthly basic
- document filling
- doing weekly expenses claim
- handling day to day all Account receivable & account payable transaction & reporting.
- Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), SQL.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
