**JOB BRIEF**

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team based in Maldives.

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include expense reports, reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting Diploma and are interested in gaining experience also bookkeeping procedure, we'd like to meet you..

Ultimately, you will help our accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

**ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Reconciliation of invoices and identifying discrepancies**:

- **Monthly bank reconciliations**:

- **Creating and maintaining expense and various monthly report using excel spreadsheets**:

- **Assisting with data entry of accounts payable and receivable manually into excel spreadsheets and system (quickbook)**:

- **Maintain digital and physical financials records**:

- **Participate in quarterly and annual audits**:

- **Review and file payroll documents**:

- **Perform other related duties as assigned**

**REQUIREMNT ?**

**At least Diploma in Accounting or finance;;**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
