**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Accounts Handling**
Assist in managing full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations) for multiple outlets.

**2) Financial Reporting Support**
Help prepare monthly P&L, sales summaries, and assist in financial closing processes.

**3) Budgeting & Forecast Assistance**
Coordinate with operations team to gather data for budgets and forecasts.

**4) Statutory Compliance**
Ensure timely submissions for SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and support tax filings.

**5) Audit & Regulatory Support**
Prepare required documentation for auditors, tax agents, and regulators.

**6) Cash Flow & Cost Monitoring**
Assist in monitoring daily cash flow, food cost, and inventory expenditure.

**7) Supplier & Payment Coordination**
Track invoices, ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.

**8) System & POS Integration**
Support data accuracy between POS system and accounting software.

**9) Documentation & Filing**
Maintain proper records for accounting, audit, tax, and compliance.

**10) Team Collaboration**
Work closely with the Account Manager and operations to support financial decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum **2-3 years** of relevant accounting experience (F&B/retail background is a plus).
- Knowledge of **Malaysian accounting standards** and statutory requirements.
- Familiar with **SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or QuickBooks**, **Bukku** and POS systems.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and other Office tools.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
