IMMEDIATE VACANCY (START IMMEDIATE)
Working Hours Monday - Friday (8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.)
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
2) Record and update financial transactions (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
3) Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
4) Prepare payment vouchers and processing ( cheque /online transfer)
5) Organize and file financial documents properly
6) Assist in audit preparation and supporting documents
7) Ensure accurate and updated financial records
8) Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel / accounting software
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant business applications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
