Job Description Assist the sales personnel to attend to customer enquiries and prepare quotation following the sales personnel instruction. Ensure prices to customer are within the range of price lists. Liaise with customers and attending to customer complaints if any and report to his/her immediate superior. Liaise closely with respective parties to ensure all orders are send on time to customer. Compiling of monthly sales reports/orders and submit to immediate supervisor. Ensure that all quotation and document is keep and file accordingly. Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time. Prepare sales order, delivery note, purchase order. Prepare proforma invoice to customer, ask payment. Prepare shipment out for delivery. Filling sales order, purchase order.
