Driver Dispatch

_**Responsibilities**:_

**1. Driving Duties**
- Drive company vehicle to transport staff, visitors, and goods.
- Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, serviced, and well-maintained at all times.
- Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor road tax, insurance, and vehicle service schedules.

**2. General Assistant Duties**
- Assist with delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and office supplies.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and simple admin tasks.
- Support office and facility maintenance (minor repairs, moving items, cleanliness).
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Valid driving license (Class D; Class B2 is an advantage).
- At least 2 years’ experience as driver; general office/maintenance experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads and safe driving practices.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks when required.
