Location: Johor Bahru (required)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design & Documentation**
- Assist in preparing **architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials** using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Develop **conceptual and schematic designs** under the guidance of senior architects.
- Conduct **site surveys and research** for design feasibility and compliance with local regulations.

**Project Coordination**
- Support in preparing **tender documents, submission drawings, and construction detailing.**:

- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities for project coordination.
- Assist in reviewing and ensuring compliance with **building codes, regulations, and authority requirements**.
- Participate in **site inspections** and report on project progress.

**Administration & Team Support**
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, and coordination with suppliers.
- Attend project meetings and prepare minutes when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field.**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop**.
- Knowledge of **local building regulations and submission processes**.
- Strong design sense, technical detailing skills, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
