Our client, an established freight forwarding and logistics company is excited to offer an internship opportunity that encompasses comprehensive training in various aspects of the industry. Join us to develop your skills in freight forwarding operations, customer service, documentation, business development, finance and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
During your internship, you will be exposed to the following key areas:

- ** Freight Forwarding Operations**: Gain insights into the end-to-end process of coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, including shipment planning, documentation, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
- ** Customer Service**: Develop excellent communication and problem-solving skills as you interact with our clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates on shipments, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- ** Documentation**: Learn the importance of accurate and efficient documentation in the freight forwarding industry, including bill of lading, shipping manifests, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork.
- ** Business Development**: Assist our business development team in researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and participating in the development of strategies to expand our customer base.
- ** Accounting & Finance**: Assist in the Finance & Accounts team in day to day operations and processing

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in logistics, supply chain management, international business, marketing, business admin, accounting & finance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Duration and Compensation**:3 months. Interns will be compensated with a competitive stipend for their contributions. Additionally, this internship has the potential to lead to further career opportunities within the organization.
