As a Freight Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our freight services. Additionally, you will generate insightful freight reports and drive the automation of existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Join allnex and be a key player in streamlining our logistics operations **Responsibilities**: - Process incoming freight invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies, and identify root causes to prevent recurrence. - Upload the latest freight rates into the ERP system. - Request airfreight quotations from forwarders. - Conduct monthly follow-ups on fuel surcharges. - Facilitate communication between internal and external parties, including Logistics, Carriers, Sourcing, and Accounts Payable. - Generate freight reports and participate in the automation of existing processes. **Required skills and experience**: - Proven experience in freight invoice processing or a related field. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Finance **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
