**About You (Job Brief)**
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting CCL with the Procurement
process, including contract management, contract negotiation, pricing analysis and preparation of
purchasing activities.



**Your Day-to-Day (Job Description)**
- Oversee both indirect and direct procurement for CCL
- Organize and control all facets of the purchasing team
- Perform strategic sourcing and delivering cost and value initiatives. Develop & implement

the innovative Procurement strategy and policies within all CCLs in Malaysia.
- Oversee activities including sourcing, cost management, vendor selection evaluation and

scorecard, contract management, service level agreement, supplier management,

engagement, and development.
- Procurement analysis; gather and evaluate the information in the market, business needs, key

suppliers and contextual factors for procurement decisions.
- Manage Purchasing activities; creating and issuing Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order

for Indirect Materials, Equipment's, Consumable & Services, handling delivery of goods and

payment arrangement to Finance.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the procurement process, oversee suppliers’ delivery of

materials and services in accordance with the standards of price, time, quantity, and quality

agreed upon. Manage ordering process from requestors.
- Establish and maintain an approved and preferred suppliers list and continue to source for

new suppliers to ensure performance meets the standards set in the Service Level Agreement

and value for money.
- Dealing with supplier/Vendors for RFQ process (Request For Quotation)
- Preparing and handling Contract and Paper Management for approval Contract Management

- Commercial negotiation skills which can maximize the Company’s benefit, meet the

business needs and with cost savings.

- Handling accounting tasks; monitoring budgeting vs expenses controlling, budgeting

analysis, performing departmental P&L, take charge of any finance projection from group

finance.
- Monitoring and managing CCL AP aging, finance reconciliation and Debtor’s statement vs

payment.
- Handling Stock Take system reconciliation with Finance

**Your Know-How (Job Requirements)**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in finance, supply chain management, or business administration or

equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement and preferably with experience in the

automotive plant industry.
- Advance skill of microsoft office Excel, Power Point, Words, etc
- Talent in negotiations & networking
- Procurement risk, Negotiation and Conflict management
- Good interpersonal skills, both written & oral.
- Analytical & critical thinking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
