In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing indirect purchasing activities in alignment with established guidelines and procedures. This role ensures smooth procurement operations by managing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, and providing first-line support for procurement systems.If this sounds interesting to you, apply nowResponsibilitiesCreate and update info records and source lists in ERP.Manage purchase orders and follow up on status.Provide issue handling and user support.Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers.Control invoices and resolve deviations.Maintain databases and prepare procurement reports/KPIs.Support supplier and catalog enablement for Ariba Guided Buying.Assist with compliance-related tasks and process improvements.Develop and communicate training materials deliver training when needed.Participate in testing activities as required.Required Skills And ExperienceFresh graduates are welcome to applyWillingness to learn new systems and tools, provide support to stakeholders with a hands-on attitudeAble to demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skillsFluent in EnglishStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a teamAbility to approach tasks in an organized, structured, and accurate manner with attention to detailQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalentWe offerWe are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
