What does the role involve?

You Will Be

• Gaining hands-on experience with digital procurement tools such as SAP Ariba Guided Buying and ServiceNow.
• Act as the first point of contact for procurement stakeholders across global teams, ensuring timely coordination and issue resolution.
• Assisting in documenting procurement workflows, SOPs, and supporting supplier onboarding activities.
• Supporting compliance and reporting tasks, such as preparing dashboards and reviewing procurement guidelines.

What You Need Is
What is expected from you: 1.You are currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, International Business, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. Students with a background in IT Business Analysis who are keen to explore business functions and operations are also welcome to apply. 2.You have project management capabilities and the ability for interdisciplinary teamwork. 3.You possess good analytical skills and a prove affinity for IT systems, experience with ERP and Procurement systems is a plus. 4 Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills to manage change. 5.An end-to-end perspective (from planning, implementing and maintaining to continuous improvement and documentation).
