Click here to learn more about how **we can make an impact together** For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don’t miss our **Operator Movie** **Position overview**: Are you interested in gaining deeper insights into the Procurement department of a world-leading industrial coatings resins company? allnex is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented colleague to join our team as a Direct Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will help maintain and enhance our procurement processes while coordinating with the procurement team and cross-functional departments. **Responsibilities**: - Initiate and maintain Management of change (MOC) requests - Maintain various MOC reports - Request changes in the material master database - Support global business units in MOC meetings - Create purchase requisitions in the ERP systems - Ensure all necessary documentation is collected for purchase order creation, IT contract compliance and global consistency - Handle all invoice discrepancies that might occur in regards to IT agreements - Work closely with the IT organization to handle all issues **Required skills and experience**: - Strong proficiency in English - 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement (**Fresh graduates** are also welcome to apply) - Excellent computer skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is an added advantage **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
