**Your responsibilities**:

- Design and implement plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets.
- Supports regional and global sourcing initiatives as required.
- Applies and implements PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
- Creates and updates reports, as required, following the ABB standards.
- Executes and implements new directions within the area of responsibility.
- Applies standards on health, safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiations.
- Delivers and participates in training programs as required for compliance and professional development.
- Executes effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers.
- Standardizes processes and implements routines as per Group directives/ instructions.

**Your background**:

- Demonstrated experience in a procurement/logistic role in a similar business. Automation, control and/or electrification experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience with general accounting principles.
- Advanced computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce.Com
- Previous customer facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and align priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A Degree/Diploma/Certification in the relevant field
- Ability to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- This role is open to Malaysian citizens and those with current Malaysian valid professional work permit
