- Responsibilities- Evaluates new material, involved in site audit as well as working together with Procurement Department on supplies management.
- Works in development project teams across departments.
- Monitor and report raw material performance and product under monitoring.
- Verified raw material and new product generated is in compliance in accordance to general safety and health rules.
- Assist QAC & R&D Manager in maintains and manages product certification.
- Assist QAC & R&D Manager in product documentation; PI, Technical Data Sheet and MSDS/ CSDS.
- Assist QAC & R&D Manager in investigation of customer complaint, NCR and nonconforming products leading to corrective & preventive actions.
- Conducts internal audit on the Quality and Environmental System according to plan and assist Lead Auditor in reporting audit findings.
- Assist in collection of information, analysis of data for supporting/ reporting QAC and customer test request activities.
- Responsible for ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of QC/ R&D laboratory.
- Report to the QAC & R&D Manager or above any serious breach of the company’s rules by any member of the organization.
- Requirements- Degree/ Diploma in Chemistry/ Polymer Chemistry or equivalent with one or more years of related experience.
- Proven experience in chemical research and development.
- Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant analytical tools and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to chemical research and development.
