JOB SCOPE:

  • Ensure all Research and Development activities and customers' product development requirements are met and fulfilled with optimized cost.
  • Ensure new products formulation, quality and process meet specification and Production facilities.
  • Work on innovative products or new concepts to propose to Marketing or customers.
  • Ensure that all registration matters pertaining to products are met and fulfilled.
  • To coordinate with internal departments and customer in products development, technical issues and other Research and Development related matters.
  • Ensure the department plans are implemented effectively to achieve company's goals
  • Work with QC and Production Team on quality and procedures improvement and optimization.
  • Provide guidance and training to Research and Development personnel

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Chemist or other related field
  • Min 7 years of working experience in formulating Personal Care and Cosmetics Product
  • Dedicate to work initiative and able to work independently without much supervision
  • Leadership quality and able to work well as a team in a challenging working environment
  • Systematic approach to problem solving
