**1. SEO Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
- Optimize site structure, content, and metadata for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like GSC, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Follows the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

**Technical SEO Excellence**
- Perform full technical audits to address **crawlability, indexability, and site structure**issues.
- Optimize **Core Web Vitals**, site pagespeed, and mobile performance.
- Implement **structured data**(e.g., Schema.org) to enhance search engine visibility.

**On-Page and Off-Page SEO**
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords.
- Initiate and execute scalable on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize meta tags, content, and internal linking frameworks to improve rankings and user navigation.

**Data-Driven Optimization**
- Monitor website **traffic**, **rankings**, and technical performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Analyze site performance data to identify areas for improvement and deliver actionable insights for the internal team and clients.
- Technical audits to provide recommendations for website enhancement.

**Collaboration & Strategy**
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align SEO strategies with business goals.
- Present SEO execution plans and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Design SEO strategy and work together with the entire SEO team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, Centered, and Curious.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with others.

**2. SEO Content Writer Responsibilities**:

- Research, write, and edit high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate target keywords naturally and strategically in the content.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align content strategies with SEO goals.
- Conduct competitor and audience analysis to ensure content relevance.
- Stay updated with content trends and best practices in SEO writing.
- Blogging experience on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and other CMSs is a good plus.

**Must Be**:

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Proven experience in creating engaging and high-ranking content.
- Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
