**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
- Analyse competitor keywords and strategies to stay ahead in search engine rankings.

2. On-Page SEO Optimisation:

- Optimise website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content development.

3. Technical SEO:

- Conduct regular site audits to identify and address technical issues affecting SEO.
- Implement technical SEO recommendations, including but not limited to site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.

4. Link Building:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the website's authority and credibility.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and websites for link-building opportunities.

5. Copywriting:

- Create compelling and optimised content for web pages, blog posts, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure that all written content adheres to SEO best practices and enhances overall website performance.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Utilise SEO tools to monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and traffic trends.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.

7. Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO.
- Implement changes in strategies as needed to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms.

8. Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers, and marketing teams to ensure integration of SEO practices.
- Provide guidance on SEO best practices to other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of improving search engine rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing.
- At least 1 year experience in SEO related or copywriting related field.
- Required Language: English. Mandarin is a plus.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
