**Product Training**
- Design and conduct 1) on boarding training session for new sales and marketing hires including teaching presentation and persuasion technique, role play to simulate sales scenarios 2) periodic training sessions for existing sales and marketing teams
- Assist in developing sales team’s selling technique and product knowledge
- Regularly maintain, update and improve product training materials
- Act as a contact point for sales and marketing team for product knowledge related matters

**Regulatory Affairs**
- Maintain and update regulatory documents’ records
- Stay updated on current product regulatory guidelines and assist in ensuring all sales and marketing communication are in compliance with current guidelines
- Submit product registration or notification to relevant regulatory authorities (for new products or renewal of existing products)
- Attend and respond to queries from regulatory authorities as and when the need arises

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma or Degree in a related field of study
- Proficiency in both Malay and English languages; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact confidently with different types of audience
- Ability to learn skin care products knowledge

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
