Detailed Roles and Responsibilities 1) To assist in preparing and updating all the relevant QC data/report/record and analysis of product rejection. 2) To support superior in non-conformity cause finding and corrective action plans. 3) To supervise & arrange inspector’s job, up keep discipline amongst inspectors. 4) To provide training for new QC member & leader for understanding the inspection activities. 5) To supervise measuring tools distribution, calibration and verification activities. 6) Update all the relevant quality records to its latest revision & inform the change information to leader & inspectors. 7) Report any non-conformity found to immediate superior. 8) To assist QC Executive/Manager in maintaining quality records. 9) Maintains strict confidentiality of all matter pertaining to work. Qualifications 1) Minimum SPM or Technical Certificate. The Manager can determine whether education & training are equivalent based on his/her working experience. 2) Minimum 2 year working experience an for fresh graduates college diploma/degree will be considered based on course work and grades. 3) Computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word. 4) Able to read and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia. 5) Good leadership and communication skill.
