Fabrication Supervisor

supervise a manufacturing team to meet production plan in order to produce quality products with a proper production system, quality standard and high productivity & efficiency.
- Assisting the Production Manager in the daily production operation
- Troubleshoot machinery
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Liaise and cooperate with other departments to solve operation problem
- Liaise with QA/QC Department in any issue related to quality aspects
- To investigate the cause and work on counter measure actions when non conformance is encountered Other tasks and responsibilities as and when required
- Trains new workers in performance of tasks, like stretching, shearing and trimming aluminum sheets.
- Inspects work in progress to make sure adherence to company standards.
- Minimize waste (scrap, cost of non quality/conformance) and maintain 5S in all production areas

**Job Requirements**
- Fluent in spoken & written languages of Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess good attitude & able to work in a team.
- Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
