Complete cash deposits on a regular basis
- Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and department budget.
- Participate in the taking of inventories and verification of extensions on a monthly basis.
- Perform financial and statistical analysis, forecasting, and complete special projects as needed.
- Prepare month end closing and all other required management reports
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Work with the Finance Manager/Operations/General/Hotel Manager to provide full and accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel
- Ensure the balance sheets are a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities of the hotels
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s overall budget.
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
- Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
- Reconciling bank statements
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
