Assist customers to place order on our sales channels
- Continuously expand and update internal FAQ list for future references
- Update order details (such as contact details, shipping address) as and when necessary
- Ensure items picked up by customers & deliveryman are as per ordered

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of written and spoken Chinese/Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of empathy & able to see from others’ perspective.
- Able to stay patient when communicating with customers
- 5 working days a week (working days include weekends)
- Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Minimum 6-month experience in customer-facing role

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

**Location**:

- Petaling Jaya (preferred)
