**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work under supervision of accountant and assist in the data collection and preparation of monthly financial reports/reconciliations including accruals, prepayment, intercompany, bank and fixed assets
- Maintenance of General Ledger or Fixed Asset sub-ledger
- Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliation for those accounts under GL and FA’s ownership
- Assist with fixed assets inventory count and preparation of fixed asset tagging
- Ensuring completion of assigned tasks in line with established timeline
- Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports including presentation decks for management and business partners.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with good spoken and written English
- Independent, assertive, creative and ready to work in a changing environment
- Self-motivated, a team player and able to work under tight deadlines

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
