We are seeking an experienced ACCOUNTANT to join iNETest Malaysia Sdn Bhd (IMSB), based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting the overall financial management of iNETest

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure proper documentation of financial activities in accordance with policies and procedures

· Post entries into Globe 3 (G3) system

· Monitor accounts receivables and payables on continual basis

· Ensure timely closing of accounts

· Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

· Assist in the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasting

· Liaise with external and internal auditors during annual audit

· Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax laws and regulations

· Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the finance team and Management in S'pore, to provide financial information and support

· Keeps abreast of updates in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and international accounting standards

· Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

· Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role

· Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and procedures

· Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, and able to work independently

· Meticulous & proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

· Ability to work accurately under pressure

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a team
