Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks
  • Responsible to process payment to vendor in a timely manner
  • Resolve any AP related discrepancies, including dealing with Vendor and Operation
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
  • Responsible on the handling of petty cash, reimbursement and staff claim payment
  • Prepare supplier reconciliation
  • Responsible for daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report
  • Responsible for updating records, sorting and filing of documents
  • Responsible for data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Microsoft, SAP and other accounting software
  • Work independently, trustable with minimum supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
