**Sales Advisor (Topmark)**

1. Serves customers by selling used car and meeting customer needs.

2. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

3. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

4. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

5. Responds to customers’ questions.

6. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.

7. Provides outstanding customer service.

8. Alerts management of potential security issues.

9. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

10. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

11. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

12. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

**Requirements**:

- Be attentive to customer enquiries by being a good listener
- Must be sales orientated and understand customers’ needs
- Good product knowledge
- Must be computer friendly
- Dependable and hard working
- Experience in Second Hand in Automotive industries are advantage.
- Outgoing, pleasant looking, well groom and good attitude
- Able to interact confidently with all level of customers including high end customers
- Customer service oriented and sales driven
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English,
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
