About the role

Rangka Raya Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Advisor to join our team in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales of our innovative products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Delivering exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships
  3. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing deals
  4. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
  4. Driven, self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  5. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  6. Have valid driving license for manual & automatic transmission vehicle
  7. Preferably Malay
